nee univ ki research funding kinda >= $5 million vachi unte or if your university was started more than 10 years ago, then you will fall into this category...51k doubful endukante eb3 to eb2 porting chesukunna non-ms or non-phd vallu not eligible as they don't have STEM degree, but eb2 dates will move faster at a rapid pace which will leave some breathing space for eb2 & eb3 regular quota eventually eliminating the backlogs. | ||

@siloan: aa bill will be introduced in the house sometime this week. Only clause is only research based university grads will be eligible for those 51k gc's but not degree mills like ITU,unva,fdu,governer state,etc. | ||
