http://andhraupdates.com/eega-movie-review/ Cast : Hero Nani&Eega,Sudeep,Samantha,Tagubothu Ramesh,Abhiram and others Music : MM Keervani Direction :SS Rajamouli Producer : Sai Korrapati Release Date : July 6th 2012 Rating : 4.5/5 Story : After a long wait Success full director with amost 8 Block Busters under his belt SS Rajamouli came back strong as usual with his experimental movie introducing a new star to Telugu Film Industry called EEGa.Lets check out the exclusive review of the movie below The story of the movie starts off with a quite love story between Hero Nani (Nani) and Bindhu(Samantha) in which Nani tries to woo away her but she acts as if she is not interested but likes him a lot and as their decent love story is going on good Sudeep (Sudeep) a rich Businessman enters into the scene and falls for Bindu at first sight and eliminates Nani to make sure that bindu is his own and Nani while dying makes a vow that he will kill him if he comes near Bindu and comes back as promised in the form of a Fly,wether he succeeds in doing so and did he reach his goal is the rest of the story. Performances : There would be very few movie were each and every Lead in them perform par excellence and Eega comes under the same category Sudeep and Nani both competeted against each other and Samantha did her job pretty well and a special mention to the charecter Eega the emotions showed by it were very realistic though they were graphics.Hero Nani excelled his part in the movie andTagubothu Ramesh and Srinivas Reddy did thier part in which Ramesh managed to pull huge laughter. On the whole the job handled by Sudeep is very very difficult as he has to give out the expressions feeling that the Fly is really roaming around him and irritating him and he did them to perfection and on the other hand Samantha excelled her role throught the film with very natural acting and Noel had some scenes in which he did pretty well.And Hamsa Nandini did a small role in the film and Adihya did his part as a friend to Sudeep. Technicalities : Music and Background score of the movie given by MM Keervani are as usual the heart of the the film and the song Lava Lava and Eega Eega were perfectly placed in the movie,Cinematography by Senthil Kumar is brilliant as usual, and the VFX Team and Computer Graphics are the key to the movie success and Sound Effects Team needs Special mention they have masterminded their Craft and Senior Editor Kotigiri Venkateswara Rao did perfect Job. And speaking about Director SS Rajamouli words would not be sufficient to explain his brilliance as a director and his direction skills and imagination.The best part of the movie is that the audience would not feel that a simple House Fly is taking revenge on a Villan and will feel that a real Hero is doing the same and this is really a very difficult task which was excellently done by SS Rajamouli and he has proved that he can produce Stars with Eega once again. Plus Points : 1)Amazing Concept 2)Superb Music and Back ground score 3)VFX and Computer Graphics 4)Rajamouli Conviction of the story 5) Excellent acting by Nani,Sudeep,Samantha Minus Points : 1)One small flaw in the second half in which every one else apart from Samantha dies in the Blasting in the house,and Samantha saves herself by hiding under a table in the same house but that is negligible. Final Word : Eega is a Celluloid Wonder, its first of its kind in Telugu and India also SS Rajamouli Takes Telugu Cinema Industry to the next Level,Go Watch it. ...all izz well... |
