Prince_786:did enquire, and the land stretch after CBIT to IFCAI (about 10 km) is the catchament area, and till CBIT should be okay. Villa Greens, Legend, Magadha, Villa Scapes etc. are all in close proximity and from what I have found do not fall into the catchament area.

And, I do not expect that there will be permissions for any apartments to be built here in the future because of the Lake, and so, as you said, could remain peaceful with better ground water availability |
