Urumi liver nee cooker lo 3 whistles raanichi pakkana pettandi fry onions, green chillies, curry leaves in a pan next put the liver from cooker and fry for a few mins with added spices liver fry ready chops - this is the best meat in the goat/lamb many prefer it grilled but i like to marinate and pan fry till 3/4th cooked side kee cocunut milk tho spicy gravy okati ready chesukuntaan with minced tomatoes-onions after frying put the gravy on the chops and serve with rice if you dont want to grill, you can bake them in the oven too Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall |
