katta taniki ayye karchu vallu pettukokunda 600 yards lo 24 apartments and each 4 ela vasthayi.. actual ga 600 lo 16 vasthayi ,builder kadithe 50-50 basis meeda 8 isthadu each 2 vasthayi..this is also depends upon the area,oko sari 40-60 basis meeda kadatharu.. appudu each get 1.5 ... cherapakura chedevu. | ||

so malli adi katta daniki 2.5 to 3 crs avuthundi.. so total budget 4crs and each one cr and get 4 flats,not a bad idea but not worth it.. cherapakura chedevu. | ||

City interior lo land rates valla....i heard people are pooling together and buying a plot of size 600 yrds..(1 yrd = 20K in city)...totals to around 1.5 crores...incl taxes and registration...so 6 people should pool 25 lakhs each... Then they either give this to a builder...build 25 flats and have 4 flats each and sell them off...or build 6 portions for themselves... Is this a gud idea...wht r the disads in this.. db lo evaraina ila chesaara... Naakonchem tikkundi...kaani daanikoka lekkundi... |
