I know this topic was beaten to death in many forums. Did anyone know of any known issues by travelling via Frankfurt with an Advance parole. Is Transit visa a MUST ?

in 2009 i travelled to Europe on Parole.
I landed in netherlands - they have asked for my US VISA
I showed them the Parole and my H1B petetion

They said fine, from there I went to Germany
I was on EU common visa
