2012 all looks green. As far as Small Business is concerned in Phoenix, I see lot of shops which became vacant, reopened and fresh business are on the rise. People are spending but wisely. Restaurants are doing good. Employment in phoenix looks positive, compared to 1 year back. Housing is an issue. if one hides/ holds all the distressed inventory , and build less homes, that automatically reduces the supply. Big time investors are buying in bulk, paying in cash as rental market is good. Rather than individuals investors are buying a lot. So there is a short supply, leading to demand | ||
