Both Telangana and Seema Andhra people are going to agree on State Bifurcation but only on one condition.......That is People from both sides want to get isolate/sterlize their regions from Jagan Constituency. Their slogan is "Makoddu Baboi Mayadari Jagan". It will be better to form a separate state by name 'Korruption' for Jail Brothers - Jagan & Janardhan by taking 'Bellary' from Karnataka and 'Kadapa' from AP. Jail brothers can hail their flag from 'Korruption' state.
