Sanman - i appreciate your regard for freedom of expression and freedom of press. But that is only valid in a case where press is completely above board and is not a forum for someone's ulterior motives. Nowadays most of the media is compromised - someone like Sakshi is at the far end of the spectrum. They are not truly press, they are just a vehicle for someone's political and private agenda. Veediki Freedom enti. If a private person had done the same, how would the police have reacted, the same should be treatment meted out to the press. There are no different from an individual.

Sanman:am i having a deja vu or did we discuss the same topic in nityananda or some other case. i think we came to the same conclusion. dignity is a subjective word. you cannot protect someone's dignity unless you define it. what about the dignity of n.d.tiwari and nira radia. kaani vaallu alaa chesaaru ilaa chesaaru ani validations kaadhu. if you make a statement, stick to it

And about ND Towari and Nira Radia, they are very much welcome to approach the Law enforcement if they feel that their dignity is damaged, I have no problem with it.

KVP's vinayankudu also was interrogated.. but to their surprise they realized the next day that their witness statement before the magistrate came in eenadu and andhra jyothy with out a word missing. so they got a doubt on JD. what did they do then... they appointed a ditective and gathered the call details of JD. to their surprise they realized that JD was frequently called a particular number in odd times. the sms were running into hundreds. and to that they also found that JD was making calls to Eenadu and andhra jyothy. so they filed a petition in the court. aa call list is now public document. if you also go to court and put a petition saying that you want the call list they will give you.
