on Greek elections?? Some of the european banks,especially with greek exposure, may be very volatile. Syriza party is against few clauses in the european bail out, without which greece may default -if it does,it will be hitting all major banks. On the other hand New Democratic party is pro-bailout, but the question is whether people really want to vote the party, which got them into this mess, back into power. there was a pop in some european banks because of exit polls that new democracy will be back and the news that central banks will co-ordinate an effort to clean up, but I think Monday can be a very interesting day for short term traders and people interested in Impact of economy on Socio/political situation of a country. |
