High voter turnout is due to triple fight and these are different from 2009 because these are by-election and every top person in each party concentrated on these 18 specifically ... In India, Please are getting fedup more with 1. sky rocketting prices 2. deteriorating standard of facilities 3. Not too worries about Jagan as he is one among many in the Big Problem of Corruption but not the only one So Naturally not happy with Cong @ center. So that is becoming adv to Jagan. Added to that People who are Neutral some how got a feeling that Jagan has been isolated and targeted along So even if Jagan wins so many seats, it reflects the people anger on govt not the Love on Jagan. | ||

Election Commission has taken certain steps to eliminate duplicate, transferred and dead voters from 2011 voters list, before publishing 2012 voter rolls. In this process, around 10-12% of voters are cleaned up from old list. Every time, this 10-12% won't get polled. Then this 10-12% of voters will not be polled, even when everyone votes.
