Assuming YSRCP wins above 14 seats. What do you think the strategies for congress and TDP should be in the coming months? Few things can happen 1. Each of the party trying to keep its mlas intact by hook or crook. If still the government falls, get Narasimhan's rule and put the assembly in suspended animatio for 6 months. 2. Let go of things. If the government falls, so be it. Go for fresh elections. YSRCP may fumble due to cader unavailability, Telangana and other issues. 3. If TRS looses parakal, congress can go for an underground deal with KCR(already on the loosing side and hence can't go for elections now) and save the govt 4. TDP supporting congress government marking the end of the 30 year old party. 5. congress supporting CBN which may give a stable government for next 2 years but will definitely give the power to TRS/YSRCP. 6. create Rayala telangana without Hyd. Jagan, CBN will be nailed.. 7. Split TDP vertically(with a tacit understanding with CBN) and have first time MLAs and people with no corrupt background part of it. Have them support JP as the CM candidate with outside support from congress. Call this Anti corruption alliance or something. Keep people like botsa, JCD, ponnala away from this... Do whatever is needed to get the confidence of people on clean governenace and hit the 2014 elections. Definitely congress and TDP will do better than what they would do. The caveats here are egos of JP, CBN and congress big heads. The other worry that I have here is that there is a great possibility of JP committing suicide by reading the articles that would be posted on Sakshi in the 2-3 months following this. |
