ashton its like this. u have to technically pay taxes for both MA and WA if appicable. then claim-adjustment, some states have reciprocal protocol, like OH,PA etc (example) where they will adjust and refund you. :: simply sitting in MA and working in WA and not paying any tax in MA from the paycheck wont workout. If u live in Boston and telecommute for a company based out of Seattle where there is no state tax, do u still have to pay MA taxes ? |
