Indian RE has two drivers - one NRI market. This is gone. Both US and Europe are dull, so NRI demand for Indian RE is very little. Second driver is the India's own economy. This is in paralytic state. On top of that corruption, risk of encroachment, near absense of rule of law. unless all this is cleaned up, very little scope for a rebound. on the other hand, there wont be much decline either. will be sideways for a few years, just like US RE market. maams, if you are thinking abt long term investment, please think twice or thrice before buying it.... full water problem vundi Hyderabad la...Not sure how they are going to fix this problem....but after 5 years RE investment would no more be an money making investment atleast in hyd. | ||
