CBI is not autonomous, they do not have complete liberty to execute however they want. Your prerequisite for a hero is a movie hero who can do anything and everything. Our definition is someone who is doing atleast something as he certainly has no obligation to do this. it would have been so much easier for him to become 100 crores richer overnight. Accepting and acknowledging the significance of people you don't necessarily agree with is not a sign of weakness.

Unless Jagan is not innocent in Paritala case, why would JD have to go the next round of investigation into that case, like arresting him or bringing him to Dilkusha.. this is the strategy blunder of jagan and his supporters. they think, the HC attaches hude importance to being in power in AP. In my view, they dont. if they care, Sonia or Rahul would have visited the state when so much is going on. On the otherhand, they decided to fix Jagan long ago. The only reason they removed Rosaih is to fix Jagan. But they wanted to fix him politically. But KKR was ineffective. he was very casteist. he gave more minstries to Reddys than YSR himself to be in their good books. he thought by going against Jagan, Reddys will hate him. Then HC's only option was letting CBI have a free hand. KKR should have engaged Jagan politically. He thought he was doing Jagan a favor by not engaging him. It worked the other way. My read of the situation is, CBI not giving a lot of importance to the oral testimony. Because they can always be retracted in front of the judge saying they were under psychological duress or stress. They are strictly following money trail. if they can lead the money to the bank account, the guy is gone. The other thing they are looking at is the hard evidence of file movement and notes in the files. all boils down to these two things. because these evidences cannot be retracted.
