Casino:i am now underwater and am paying for a future that I don't know how it will be.
this will never recover. here is why: the net taxes (city+school) and utilities will far exceed the mortgage in many areas. so they will rent it out, never buy properties in future. the young generation will be averse to buying houses. no use. JP Morgan and HSBC are heavily shorting precious metals, and they both control about 45% of the market. Unless one of these guys go belly up, there is no hope for Gold and Silver. Unethical banks. they have destroyed US Housing, now they will destroy the precious metals. Casino:Financials konacha?
risky sector. they are not learning from mistakes. they still hide a lot of information. still do not behave straight up. buy in 401K and client accounts and short in own accounts. this kind of duplicity will make the general public lose faith in their sector. Guys like warren Buffett should do a favor. he should not come out and tell every one what a fine job JPM or GS is doing, ppl buy with trust, and one fine morning there will be a huge mess. While our worst-case discounted-cash-flow analysis suggests that Facebook is worth about $27 per share (or 51 and 39 times our 2012-2013 EPS, and roughly a 1.0 times PEG), we believe that this analysis understates the company's ability to further monetize its user base. Rather, under our base-case scenario, we believe that a peer-group 1.5 times PEG to our 2013 EPS of 68 cents and 2013-2015 EPS growth of 36%, which yields a $37 target price, is a more appropriate measure of Facebook's true value all opinions expressed here are mine.. |

Casino:what revenue streams FB has outside of ad revenue.. ippudu konacha
konavaccha ledha ante..... I don't suggest anything here..... evaro upgrade chesinantha matrana..... stock ventane pergadhu.... at least 1 or 2 quarter results time pattavacchu ani na opinion .... ------------------------------ Currently, Facebook's advertising revenue represents about 11% of the roughly $30 billion worldwide display ad market and could reach 22% by 2015. While mobile ad rates are 50% lower than PC rates, Facebook has only very recently started programs to monetize any part of its 488 million mobile users. As a result, there was no mobile revenue contribution in 2011, and current expectations for 2012 are minimal. ---------------- all opinions expressed here are mine.. |

$FB upgrade By JMP Securities ($25.87, June 6, 2012) We are initiating coverage of Facebook with a Market Outperform rating and $37 price target, based on a peer-group (PEG) multiple, suggesting upside of 43%. Facebook (ticker: FB) is by far the world's largest social network, and in our view, has only just scratched the surface in monetizing its user base. While near-term valuation approaches focus primarily on current revenue streams, we believe that these methodologies significantly understate the company's, as of yet, unarticulated potential opportunities. We are currently modeling 2012 revenue and earnings-per-share of $4.99 billion and 52 cents, respectively, versus the consensus of $4.96 billion and 55 cents. all opinions expressed here are mine.. |

Blue Nile Diamonds ($NILE) ni upgrade chesadu monna saturday..... monday nunchi ee stock higher 29 nunchi 33.38 ki perigindhi...... ----------- Online jeweler Blue Nile has been pummeled by a soft economy and a spike in diamond prices. But shares could rally as gem prices stabilize and earnings improve Blue Nile shares peaked near $100 in 2007, and now trade for $29.75. They could rally to $40 as earnings start to rebound. The company has been buying back its shares. "As diamond prices stabilize, and growth becomes more visible, we expect shares to trade above $40 near-term and closer to $60 in the longer term," says Crotty, whose firm owns almost 3% of Blue Nile's 14 million shares. source: Barrons... ------------- all opinions expressed here are mine.. |
