@MS different theories about meal frequency bro...does not hurt to try ...i can testify that it did work in my case rahi baat activity kee...do you think many of us really take walks max public okka saari 9 am kee keyboard mundhu kookuntay malla 5 pm kee gaali legaru...inka 2-3 mild activities ekkada nunchi vasthaaye the 1.5 hrs i spend at the gym are the "activity" for me...household chores do not count unless one is sweating @ipad 7-8 meals does not mean 7-8 lunch boxes or full meals a slice of bread and PB also counts as a meal one has to know their overall intake per day and distribute through out the day i wont argue about nutrition lots of accepted research out there...to each his own, you got to know what you are eating Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall |

naak endhuko too much ephasis on frequency of meals anifisthadhi.. may be it works psycologically to not eat large amounts of food. some say it helps in increasing metabolism of the body, may be it does. but from what i have seen frequent walks and moderate intake, i.e keeping an eye on the amount of total food intake keeps up metabolism equally well. i guess the later is difficult to follow. in my experience, 3 to 4 times works pretty well, as long as i spend atleast 2 to 3 times of mild activity and one heavy activity during the day. the world of appearances may or may not be real, or both may and may not be real - or may be indescribable; or may be real and indescribable, or unreal and indescribable; or in the end may be read and unreal and indescribable - its all Syadvada |

Eating more often - how scientific it is , not sure , even though small meals fats are the last ones to come into picture when it comes to burning. Frequent moderate meals are only for sports persons when they are active. Not for regular people. We are not designed to eat 7-8 times in a day, not even any animal. A Moderate meal is good One should be careful with excess protein intake , as it will damage the cell walls, joints, in the long run. |

Jodha..enduki tittatam..I used to be very very very lazy and procrastinating guy. I started slowly and with right eating. No matter how much exercise you do, do it regularly. Buy right kind of apparel which will motivate you 50%. Try to stick with pre planned meals ( I am not able to do this week ends). Stop impulsive eating. I ma carrying prepcked nuts in my car and at desk ( i usually dont stop eating once I start, that is the reason I buy prepacked nuts sachet) Try cheyalai..I tried couple of times last two years and gave up..but this year had to do. i am wrapping up kris gethin program this week ( 12 weeks nee 10 something weeks lo complete chesaanu as he takes consecutive 3 rest days sometimes) result is not the monitor breaking transformation advertised and shown by many who did the program but good amount of noticeable fat loss...also lost around 10 lbs will probably start another one from next week...could be jim stoppani strength program want to mix between lifting heavy and high volume Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall |

This weeks 24 Miles Running and two days light weights. I run on Sunday, Tue and Thursday. (Ninna evening cheddi dosth tho velli 3 beers ) Ashton - I'm living an Amish lifestyle. so far so good. |
