Conflicting reports  from trackitt Just called Sen/ Grassley's office to confirm if hold is lifted or still in place on HR3012. I was put on the hold for some time and then I got reply saying that " Hold has been lifted" - Wow great news !!! I just called this number 202.224.3744 (Senator Grassley's office) at 5.05 EST. I was told that the hold has not been lifted. | ||

Sorry I got it other way round: 15% of 40K per visa category will be reserved for ROW [ie other than top2 countries] and so on.. Still we can get lion share during transition period.
