Travelling aithe no problem.. perdiem etc tho set aipotundi and your stay in CA doesnt get recorded in any of the USCIS forms be it labor/perm etc. But if you are on a lease in CA and somehow gets recorded in any of USCIS databases, they may catch you. They are doing these especially to catch the F1 students who enroll in one city and stay in another city. In this db, there's always someone watching you!! | ||

Labor is per location and not just employer location. Mana desi employers use to put an office in north dakota, running taxes there but consultant use to work in ny city.. where by each employee eggotting city tax [4% gross anukuntaa].
