after my self in US for long, desi builders ki dooram ga chesedhi, I am going for specious kitten, separate small pooja gadhi, telephone ponts in all rooms, cabel sockets opposite to your beds in all bed rooms... kitchen lo tv socket and as many sockets as possible to accommodate kitchen appliances... solar energy for common lighting and hot water, gas pipe line, intercom...

Main disadvantage is many builders ki ABCD's of construction thelavadhu, they are just doing business.... said that actual wrong is with buyers, they never try to research, NRI's are no exception and in my view thay are bigger bakaras... how many of you really enter into an agreement with all all the promises written black and white, did you every study and asked questions about your agreement before you signed ??? do you know builder will make changes to his original template agreement if you ask correct questions....

also consider the specks & amenities every one provide...

this is the reason amazon is at 210 with 100 P/E. some business models will disappear. small scale retailing is one of them. if these guys dapt, they will survive. otherwise the collective web will eat them up.

this is also an opportunity. if you find a product made locally, and they dont have an aggressive web presence, start a web site and dropship their product. this is very lucrative. we will discuss more tonight if you are interested.
