Request them to allow "Leave of Absence" for you till the date you leave USA on previous day of ur return, employer and u can decide next day as last date and they will withdraw h1 | ||

Yes. 30+ days overstay. Consequence ento sariggaa telvadi.. Nannadigithe work until the last day of your exit. Even single day overstay might get you in trouble as we never know. Is your wife accompanying you to desham? In this db, there's always someone watching you!! | ||

I am relocating to India for good, putting in my letters today. I am on H1B. say June 15 will be my last day here in my company, i will be leaving US on say Aug 1. my company said as per rules they need to cancel H1B on June 15 and I will have 14 days time to leave the country. that it I need to leave by june 30. I was planning to fly sometime around July 25; will that be an issue? what are my options? my wife is on F1 - do I need to shift to F4 to avoid any issues later. please advice...TIA. |
