DELHI tihari is easy for them to interrogate and get paperworks done.

u raised a valid point babai. but i am not sure how it became criminal in his case couple of things i found out was he done the money laundering transactions with fake passports( which is crimianl) tharuvatha he did not pay tax on that money either not sure if its criminal.

ledhu babai ed neevr arrest u. ed just liek irs here in usa. they ask u to show paper work. they do their investigation. if they find u at fault they fine u.3 times ur mistake. u dont pay fine thats when u get arrested.
