naadi konchem diff bedar vegetarian so konchem tedaga vuntadi bear with me. all 5 weekdays aparisitudu leguttadu no vindian food.
rojuki 6-7 times intake each serving 100 or 200 or 300 cals. 2 hrs gap between each meal. Breakfast ki cheerios/oatmeal, before walk banana, noon 1hr walk 4mph, after walk non fat greek yogurt, appuddappudu guppedu almonds or cashews, 4 ki gym ki vellemundu oka banana gym lo cardio followed by weights followed by cardio 1.5 hrs, protein shake to recover, late Dinner ki pasta, soy chunks(meal maker) greens noodles wild rice avacados, veggie burger patties, veggie hotdogs ila bore kottakunda edo okati, oka apple. 2.5 liters water. ippudu carbs tagginchi protein intake pencha konchem. weekends 1.5 hr walk, take it easy annattu full mana regular food with curries.

last SEP lo 192 down to 150 in MAR. Target 140, Having hard time getting rid of last 10 pounds. Started mixing cardio+weights with high protein diet(veggie) for last 4 weeks .. still same weight 150, looks like now I am loosing fat and gaining muscle which is good.

basically, got rid of my vold shoe. went to trakshak, got my feet analysed and they suggested the kind of shoe i should be wearing while running.

started from scratch, initial weeks lo ran for only a few mins, followed by long walks with bella. atta gradual ga build up sesaan.

db lo two three times post esa shin excercises. daily night padukone mundhu, legise appudu, bed meedha avi sesaan.

4 mile threshold of couple months back reach ayyan, last two months lo speed increase meedha conc sesaa.

inga ee year antha running, and biking. swimming pool open ayyindhi kaani, akkada teenage pillal gola padaleka lite theesukunna.

next six months, kaastha wieghts kooda sestha.

weight wise ok development . started with 182, right now 175. aiming around 165.

but the best part, my shin muscles are stronger. this has been my goal for more than a year.

last year before my knee surgery, i could run only around 3 minutes. my shins would explode with pain, and i wasnt able to walk for the next 10 mins. motham naakesindhi anukunna.

but yesterday, i ran 4 miles without stopping, no shin pains after the run. avg speed was 8.2 .

in the next cycle i want to do an intense cardio only days, 2 times a week at least

at the start of the year I was around 160 give or take a lb
started a 12 week program ( diet and workout) at 157-8
finished 8 weeks
current wt at 148, give or take 2 lbs depending on how hydrated I am

my biggest diff is in body fat % ( which I haven't actually measured by tape/scale coz I know am carrying a paunch)
now that I can see visible differences I ordered a calipers to track my BF %

after the next 4 weeks are done, I will be continuing what I am doing
watch what/when//how much I eat
planning to go more strength training mode in another 12 weeks cycle

over all gaa 2012 rocks as per my fitness dairy
