ed case anedhi is not a criminal case. its a civil case. process goes like this. they interogate . if they find fault with indicted about 100 crores fraud. they say fine is 300 crores. the indicted can go infront of this comity and contest it and tell his side of story to that comity. if the comity side with ed. he has to pay the fine in certain time. if he dont pay it in that time period then he will face 2 to 5 7 years imprisonment. they can cerainly arrest you . but they usually dont. its like irs case in usa. its not criminal case . its a civil case | ||
