I think i got the answer.....possibly mass independent coloumb force field can be used to determine standard force and use this to find inertial masses of objects let me explain it further if we have coloumb force field from known charge quatity......we can use some test mass as standard and based on its accelaration we can define a standard force.....this force is standard and not mass dependent but amount of charge dependent.......now this standard force can be used to calculate inertial mass of other objects |
