here is a tip: Eat a half coconut. It fixed my frikking migraine, sinus and headache. It's just gone like a zit. Due to allergies sinus bulbs get filled with mucus......and it gets even worse.......becomes a self feeding loop.......as your sinus doesnt get drained properly, allergies get even worse..... Keep using Sinus rinse once a day.......ur sinus bulbs get cleared....at the same time, body recuperates and allergies will not hurt u as much........ hardly a few minutes work......but it is a slow process......takes time..... | ||

Okay, just watch it for a day or two and then go to a Ophthalmologist. Agree with pollen. I have a bunch of austrian pines and colorado spruces. believe it or not. i see a coffee colored cloud floating in the air in my aird (their pollen) my car would have a coat of coffee powder like pollen in the morning. god only know what happens if it gets into the eyes or nose. that pain is not allergy. It is either blood pressure, inflammation or some muscle pull or vitamin deficiency. I would take a combo of vitamins and fish oil and sleep an entire day. allergy pain does not go into the back of the eye. migraine yes. but you say you dont have migraines. Headache is a biyatch. that's about the only thing I really hate. also check your eyesight. usually the pain at the back of the eyeball all the way to the brain suggests you have a non-migrain non-allergy pain, mostly stress or tired muscles. I get that pain. pretty much sounds like allergies..........visit a doctor to confirm it is what it is....... but I would go with Sinus rinse instead of those claritin/clarinex and other crap.... | ||

yep...sinus rinse and neti pot are the same.....use Neilmed sinus rinse......that one works pretty decent.....u shud feel much better in a couple of days....relief is pretty much instant too...... head ache medicines dont work for sinus issues.....Is your nose a little blocked? | ||

Seems like Sinus symptom.......to rule it out, drink loads of water......and sleep on your left side......if Sinus bulbs are filled, generally u will feel the mucus discharges into your mouth/throat.....this pretty much confirms Sinus..... season for allergies/sinus......I wud say try sinus rinse......aleopathy medicines suck big time for sinus...... | ||
