Nothing wrong with the house.... Common guys.... I am moving out of Houston and my company is paying me loss on house upto 40k. So I don't care. So I am selling it cheap. If not u, somebody lucky will grab it. Also, school district wise, area wise, drive wise and development wise and community wise, Katy is 100 times better than Sugarland  | ||

what about Sugerland and if it the best why are you selling it for less..I am sure you are not doing anyone a favor. If u are in Houston, Cincoranch is the best community in Katy, Houston. School district is #1 in Houston. Home is a 2 year old brand new home. Moving out of Houston as I got a better opportunity career wise | ||
