My approach at most of issues with me and others is First I myself think both side versions Second after knowing other side version I react in the grounds of emotion as they Going thru difficulties like me so compromise and expect they do good to me later as I compromised Initially. But as per my practical experience unfortunately It did not happened in many instances. So I got to know that it's wrong my side compromising myself after knowing other side version and expecting from them later in return. So finally i came to conclusion that every one definitely have their own set of issues always So better stop compromising at others state of issues. thinking too much is not at all a problem...but what you are thinking does matter...does your thnking leads to tensions? or anxiety? or just thinking? and try to engage in something always...  read books while travelling in bus, or simply sleep. keep u r mind bzy...or else it will become devils' house.. Hmm good thoughts is more generic I would give an example that gives more clear better understand thread intention Example I'm a soldier from country A There is a war between country A and B So being part in that war I should defend my country A That's it. But If I start thinking like there are soldiers from country B who are defending their country and their family So I should not fight then finally me and my country will have to pay So here I should restrict my self to just defend my country A and my family. I should not be thinking opponent soldiers, their country or their family. Hope and wish now it's more clear. Simplest solution is to divert your mind to good thoughts.
