we are not exposed to the system as in india..

not using ceiling fan.. Its not cold , it goes away after an hour in the morning.. Have not checked the temperature....Online pedia, it says it could be dust mite allergies.. Is it going to be permanent? Why all of a sudden? Is it due to decrease in immunity levels?

don't use low temperatures in AC,keep it at 73 to 74..

may be allergies...
