I eat but what and how much depends on the workout for the day i start my workout at 530 AM my cardio(moderate) is more aimed at boosting metabolism, burning fat...it is not more than 35 mins a slice of bread and glass of water is what i have at max on such days on lifting days, i need carbs to fuel me two slices of bread with a thin spread of PB on both days my pre-workout meal is a good 20-30 mins before i actually start doing something banana is good, fast acting carb...instant energy food...but has good amount of sugar i do not want my energy for workout to come from sugar but rather from carbs and body fat so a banana is my post workout snack which i munch on the way back from gym - it also helps in protein absorption i follow it up with complex carbs like oats around 45 mins later if I am working out in the afternoon or evening, i have a meal around 2 -2.5 hrs before i hit the gym Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall |
