Since I started working I see most of my chinese or xxxese having a big bowl of seaweed suspended in hot water most of the time at their desk. I couldnt digest the fact of eating/drinking seaweed in any form. Now that facing midlife crisis  I googled on nutritional value of this weed and to my surprise they say its the most nutritional plant on the planet. The question is what/where and how to consume this weed? we usually see this wrapped around sushi and tastes not bad.In this db, there's always someone watching you!!  |
