Seventy-eight studen-ts from AP figured in the list of 910 candida-tes selected by UPSC based on merit secured in prelims, mains and personal interviews. Mr D. Krishna Bhas-kar, son of senior IAS officers Ms Lakshmi Parthasarathy and Mr Venkata Ramini Bhas-kar, figured in the top-10 list at the all-India level, securing ninth rank, and qualified for the IAS. He is the only candidate from AP to figure in the top-10 list.  |
