what is best is to join a community share farm and grow your own vegetables. I joined a CSA this year. for $600 they give me veggies and 1 loaf of bread for 20 weeks starting May. But I do not grow them. Next step is join a CSA where I get a small 15X15 ft patch of land (like a kibutz in israel) and grow my own stuff.

this is what I joined this year. its a bit steep, but I love farmers!! being a son of a farmer.



Organic food isnt bogus sir...

you can find same level of organic produce in your local grocery store too.. Traders joes much better alternative anipisthundi naaku.

TJ brands and WF brands konni common but prices vary a lot.



ok bro..wiill try...Trader Joes ki eppudu kooda vellaledu..
Also to add...dont use Canola Oil....it sooo genetically modified that there are no seedds anta..
Use SUnflower oil...or olive oil...but fries ki olive oil baagodu..
