>>>Police vadu.. vassi information exchange chesukunnara ayithe bye ani seppi elli poyadu anta.. ala ela untadi? sometimes strange things happen..kondharu racial vuntaaaru kuudaa..couple of years back one of my desi neighbor was rearended by an amru..this desi guy was confused on what to do and amru told him to let it go as it's a small dent..manodu thaluupi vacchesaadu/..guess what in 2 weeks he got a notice from the court that he absconded the accident scene..lol..aa amru gaadu when this desi guy was leaving the scene, noted his plate no and called the cops to report against him..bottomline - be smart and don't be a dumb.. | ||

another thing, without accident report and sketch it's impossible for the attorney to fight the case..as he's not sure what to prove..he may not accept the case..but ur friend can try calling some local attorneys..good luck. | ||

He needs an attorney 100%..usually attorneys take 25-33% cut if you win the case and nothing if u lose..indirectly they take ur case only if they see some credibility.. rather strange that cop didn't write accident report.. | ||

Ninna ma Neighbor accident ayyindi.. I came to know some things which wondered me.. Might help others also.. He says he was traveling in 3rd line which is slow line. One lady line changed from 1line(speed) line to third line and hit him from front. That means she came unnoticed that this guy would reach her. She hit him from the side. According his story, i think that issue is with the lady who changed line. She could not judge this guy or could not see him. They exchanged the insurance information and they called cop. Cop came and asked them whether they exchanged the information. This people said yes. Cop left saying report to insurance. But he never written report and given to this people. Is it really possible? scene ki vachina cop report rasi each member ki oka copy ivvali ga? Next as he does not have comprehensive, he had talk to other party insurance directly and they took the accident situation and said they would investigate. They called today and said, looks accident happend becoz of your mitake so they would not pay and he has to pay to other party also.. He finally found and they came down and said as it is confused accident, both parties will pay for their own losses. case closed. Now this guy is crying. It is not his mistake and his car is not derivable. It would cost almost 3k to fix it. what is your suggestion on this?
