Kheema antey spicy with very little gravy best. Use phulka, tandoori roti or nan for it. Whiskey must gaa ettuko, onion cucumber lemon for munching Cut 2 medium onions, very finely Cut 4-5 green chillies also finely 2 - tomatoes 1 tsp each of ginger garlic 1 bay leaf 1 stick cinnamon Karvepaak 4-5 leaves 1 tbsp coconut paste / powder In a frying pan, add oil and splutter zeera, mustard. Now add onion, green chili, gg paste, cinnamon, bay leaf, pinch turmeric and fry till onion becomes brown. Now reduce heat and add coconut and fry till all coco smell is gone. Then add tomato, 1/2 tsp mirchi and requisite salt. Cook on low for about 10 min till all water from tomatoes evaoprate and oil oozes out from paste.. Now add the kheema and cook on low for 30 min. Till meat is cooked. Now add 1/2 fresh lime juice and add 1 tsp of garam masala (fresh garam masala is best by roasting and grinding elaichi, cinnamon, cardamon, star anise etc). Otherwise Rajah brand or laxmi brand are my favs. Lekuntey Priya or Badshah meat masala is also okay. Cook low for 10 min, till consistency is achieved. Feel free to add little quantities of water in between to make sure the prep does not dry out.. Enjoy  I am struck by the lightning of love and burnt beyond repair - Florentino Ariza |
