Sri_anji:here rents is 1100 for single bedroom (25 miles from city) and $200 train ticket + tolls etc etc.
Here rent for single bedroom in a decent area is around $700 on average. So $400 per month rent difference. Train ticket and tolls is purely additional expense anukundaamu (ikkada ayina 20-30 miles drive untundi daily commute to work, for me it is 23 or 24 miles roundtrip). 12*400 = 4800 12+200 = 2400 total = $7200 Yesterday, I think I gave a 20K buffer. emi ledu..simpulu..instead of working out same muscle grp for 3 sets continously..which will require taking at least 60-90sec break in between sets..in circuit training the moment u complete a set..u'll hit a diff muscle grp with a few secs or no break in between..atta anni complete chesi..malli u'll go back to 1st muscle grp..adannamaata advantage: heart rate is up as breaks are minimized and finish training in 30 mins. * form is critical and no cutting time while lifting |

iyala only wts anattu,,continuing circuit training for 5th week..loving it. i can finish wt training in 30 mins..could feel my heart pumping fast all the time.. ee roju routine: squats chin ups dumbel chest press dumbel rows leg exten leg curl dumbel raises tricep exten ee order lo 3 sets kotta 30 mins lo..with few secs gap when switching |
