Naa team lo 11 mandi unnaaru, andari designation adey Firmware Engineer, kondaru band 1 (fresh out of college), kondaru band 3 (been with the company for 15+ years kondaru). Money-wise edi better antaaru? Career growth ki edi better? job satisfaction wise tech lead gaa untoo coding chesukuntoo, verey vallaki mentor gaa undatam baagundedi. however, the hours were insane. Ippudu nemmadiga PM side vachaaka stress levels ekkuva, kaani no job satisfaction. Actual pani kooda thakkuvey, kaani stress ye ekkuva because you are responsible for a lot of stuff which you can't control all the time. Naakundey laziness ki PM role easy gaa undi, satisfaction ledu. 2nd line varaku managers tho manchi rapport, credibility undi. Recently, I was given the option to go back to Tech side. Actual gaa PM + coding cheyyamantey, sorry 2 jobs cheyyanu ani cheppesaa. So, she asked me to pick one. Prasthuthaaniki PM better ani teesukunnaa. Is it better in the long run?
