I am not sure..I am in consulting..pedda salry emi kaadu...bay area lo exp. sari ponu vasthadi...
maa danlo FT offer itcharu...110K base + 10k bonus..migatha benfits anni vuntayi..but nenu teesukoledu...ma emp tho 140 ipoyindi...GC or atleast EAD vache daaka no jumps ani decide ayya blind gaa....

u would get atleast 22 days off in FTE if u r experienced kada, so 22 and 50 esuko
also for healthcasre lo employer will pay 80% kada aa numbers esuko

add 15 thousand for medical benefits
add 13 thousand for vacation and then compare.
FTE +15000+1300=Contracting hourly rate
