Anand gaaru, KF and other management folks vachi konni doubts (interview questions) clarify cheyyalasindi gaa manavi. first set of questions: How do you answer What is your management style? What would you do if your boss didn't agree with your view / approach on a critical project? If i were to ask your past team members or managers - wt would they say abt you? for all these questions we can answer in generic terms / language using our own exp n examples. But i wanted to know if there are any text book answers or punch words that they want to hear. Don't say you don't have enough time.
