Mrhyderabad:

time vunte

Ade ledu ippudu ...but let me say this - I think when a candidate uses textbook terms , it indicates a rookie :-)

People who have managerial experience rarely use the buzz words - but explain their personal implementation ... which could be a blend of the text book ones.

I don't believe so ... if you are able to confidently express your personal style of management, conflict resolution and a fair self-image your should be fine - these questions are conversation starters and there is more than one right answer:-)

Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresea, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein

Anand gaaru, KF and other management folks vachi konni doubts (interview questions) clarify cheyyalasindi gaa manavi.

first set of questions:

How do you answer What is your management style?

What would you do if your boss didn't agree with your view / approach on a critical project?

If i were to ask your past team members or managers - wt would they say abt you?

for all these questions we can answer in generic terms / language using our own exp n examples.

But i wanted to know if there are any text book answers or punch words that they want to hear.
