despesh good to hear that...be strong on weekends too...cheat at one meal king veggie stuff made by wife..along with her/kid meals chicken 2 days kee oka saari kitchen shears okati set chesaanu, way easier to cut chicken and clean the shears i marinate overnight and bake in the morning...15 plus 15 ...30mins process chicken gets boring, so i throw in ground turkey balls will green chillies and mint leaves for weekdays fish on weeknds Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall |

Khandada:@king thanks bro sharing my current diet 5AM - one slice of whole wheat for pre workout 7 AM - post workout protein shake plus one banana 8 AM - half cup oats with stevia or a bunch of blueberries 10 AM - half sweet potato, 4 egg whites 1230- mudha brown rice, veg curry, baked chicken 3 PM - repeat lunch( so my lunch box is actually split into two) 5 PM - half sweet potato, chicken/protein shake 7PM - dinner - veggies, chicken , witt little bit b.rice ilaa start chesina first two weeks lo chala diff vachindhee the gut was really sticking to the bones anna feeling...though there is a lot of visible fat :-)

Ustad:Generally, What do you eat, when and quantity? This will help everyone.
Week Days 7 AM Breakfast - egg whites and coffee 9 AM- Snack (Glanola bar) 11.30 AM - Lunch Usually chicken breast piece. I travel, so I get 4 lunches packed. (I buy organic breast chicken from costco and make 4 different flavored recipes for each day.) 3 PM Snack. Granola bar or fruit with yoghurt 5.30 - 6.30 PM 7.PM Dinner - Heavy salad (Not just akul, healthy salad with fresh vegetables and fruit or subway) Weekends No restriction, including Beer but in moderation Ashton - I'm living an Amish lifestyle. so far so good. |

King:I came from 205 to 180. First two months of the year baga stict ga vunna diet and almost 20 miles jogging per week. One month desam trip but stayed in control. Now back to running routine and now want to kick start another round with weights and cardio. I am 6.2 and I am in my target wiegt range but unhappy about the weight loss. Now trying to loose fat instead of weight and tone my body. 3 months target.
