YSR Congress party president YS Jaganmohan Reddy on Thursday launched his party's Android mobile application. What's special about this is that YSRC's initiative is the first of its kind in the country, as no other political party has an official mobile application to communicate the information to party loyalists till date. The mobile phones enabled with the Android platform can now utilize this facility. This mobile application can be downloaded free from the sites - http://www.ysrcongress.mobi (or) http://play.google.com. Now the Android users can get the latest updates from time-to-time and can watch photos/videos related to the party. YSR party's IT wing member Suresh Bomma (CEO of Indsys Systems) is the man behind this application. The party is looking forward to develop application for other platforms like iPhone and Blackberry. It is clearly understood that Jagan is targeting the youth (majority of the smart phone users) with this application. Seems like, the young leader is making sure that no stone is unturned to fulfill his dream to become the chief minister of the state. |
