in general daily moisturizer laga vadithe... ekkuva ga sun ki expose ki kaka pothe.... spf 30 vunna creams vadithe saripothundhi....

outdoor activities ki velthe.... sweat resistant vunna sunblock edhi ayina vada vacchu.... sweat resistant ani cheppina... ekkuva sepu sun lo vunte... twice sun block lotion kaani..... sunblock spray kani vadavacchu.....

i have been using aveano products.... pick any one... based on your requirement..
