Indian restaurant business lo failures ekkuva success kante..feel it's a better bet to venture into some food franchise..recently did some study on this chain..http://www.singaspizzas.com/ will turn profitable in less than 3 years or something like that..even dunkin is a better option..but franchise cost ekkuva and need to show a credit of more than a million.. | ||

come to rochester super demand. cooks can be brought on H1 visa from any recognized culinary school, there is one in chennai. there is a simple alternative. there is one guy I met in Rochester. He is a restaurant coach. He charges you a lumpsum around 75K. He sets up the restaurant for you, designs the menu, trains you in every dish, operates the restaurant for 2 weeks and moves on. I can get his contact if you are interested. he catered for my house warming. did not take his contact. when i found him at a new restaurant, asked him, is this your new gig, then he explained what he does.
