This was the best of the lot to me - and I happen to work for a company that actually implements what Mr.Schwartz was talking about - putting people above procedure, doing the right thing, celebrating people who go beyond rules to help and so on - and it makes all the difference in the world to the spirit and engagement of the employees  The other two were ok - not new concepts The foolish man seeks happiness in the distance; the wise grows it under his feet : James Oppenheim | ||
