I have not studied this industry. they are like apple of that industry. huge gap between them and their next competitor. some what like apple vs hp or dell. i never used them, so could not tell. i know some cult share holders of PCLN like they have for apple. if they find $1000, they go buy 1 PCLN share. I am not sure about MSFT, but quite confident about IBM. Only risk they have is losing the mindshare of the people. at some point they will become totally irrelevant to the general public and just become a totally corporate service organization. somewaht like the big 5 audit firms. start buying about 20 at a time. Buy with long term strategy. AAPL is going somehwere noone can imagine. its a half a trillion company with a 15% market penetration with unsatiable demand. it has several new products in the pipeline. iphone 5, iTV, retina upgrades for all their computer products, etc etc. Cook is winning laurels at home and in the industry. well, it depends on how many new places they can open. they have a metric called marketcap/store. it is ridiculously high for CMG compared to McDonalds. that is the concern for me. it is like 15mil per store or something like that. compared to much less for McD. In a way it is like AMZN, PCLN, NFLX, where the street rewarded them for the thing they will do next 20 years. speaks about the credibility their leaders have. AAPL is much cheaper.
