almost one month out of country. vachi 5 days ayyindhi.. jogged 3 miles with my dog for two days. bike bayataki theesa... ee yr konchem rigorous sessions plan cheyaali. not really interested in hitting the gym yet though. the world of appearances may or may not be real, or both may and may not be real - or may be indescribable; or may be real and indescribable, or unreal and indescribable; or in the end may be read and unreal and indescribable - its all Syadvada |

Cycle ride 3.5 miles to Gym. 45 mins workout. Malli 3.5 miles back to home on cycle. After 6 months cycle bayataki teesi tudisi thokke sariki pikkalu pattesaayi. One week pattindi set avvataaniki. Take it easy |

@goonda crunches, situps, twists, weighted sit ups etc...but depends if your body can handle these which are all quite strenuous on spine pilates is good lifting for strength...squats, dead lifts i do good, deads and bridges...started to so some sit ups recently Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall |

ustad, guru, sensexx, mav et al ...how is the progress? daily thread archiving loki velli vethakatam dimaag kharab ani seppi oggesaaa last week , i started Kris Gethin's 12 week program (BB.com) I probably did 75% justice to the workouts till now....the leg workouts are very good and intense want to keep the intensity at max level from now on Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall |
