after the movie relased, story is credit to mullapudi vara and kachi, not to the director, RK open heart , he agreed that he lifted frame to frame, this is very very old news, also their is no copy rights as the movie is too old. | ||

What's the surprise? South Indian directors copying Hollywood/International films is nothing new. Rajamouli kind of lost it when he did a film on rugby for Telugu audience. He regained some ray with cult hit Magadheera. But on the whole, hyped director. | ||

Paata silent english movie "Our Hospitality". Same to same 1) Initial murder scene of his father due to feud 2) He going and growing up in city 3) He has a funny cycle 4) He gets letter that he got property in village 5) Travels by train and meets girl who is daughter of villains 6) Funny incidents in train 7) Goes to his town and asks directions from one of the sons of the villain 8) Goes to villain's house for dinner 9) villains do not want to kill him in their house as he is their guest. so wait to kill him outside house 10) all funny incidents around how he tries to stay back 11) then escapes to a broken bridge (same in telugu also) 12) then he rescues heroine who falls down 13) so his father accepts him and gives his daughter to him Maryada ramanna is a very well made movie but did not expect Rajamouli to lift story to this extend. |
