i never gambled in my life. the only memory I have ever of buying a lottery ticket was for a police raffle way back in 70's when one the tickets were all forced on us. stocks are not gambling. they have an element of risk. the intent is the difference. when you gamble you know your odds are low. when you invest you honestly believe you are making a sound investment and hoping only a a reasonable return. I stayed in MGM Grand for a week once, did not ven try the slot machine.. just some how not in my nature. nobody could make more than 25% yoy on large portfolios. so do not trust those claims and lose what you have. making 25% on small portfolios is possible sometimes, but on large portfolios you would have to have so many winners firing at the same time to make that big gains..
