"Buy to open" ante.... correct gane chesaru kadha... ippudu meeru konna strike price option inka perguthunte... wait for your profit target and "sell to close".. once you bought call "naked call" .... you are expecting that stock will go up more than that strike price... if it goes up... there will be two options... at the expiry date..... 1. you will have right to buy that stock at that strike price which you bought.... option expiry roju... mee a/c lo dabbulu vunte.... if you don't sell your call... if stock price is above that strike price.... your brokerage company will buy that stock for you... 2. you can sell the call by "sell to close"... and take the profit.... all opinions expressed here are mine.. | ||
