Methati_idly:think of ur leg (thigs + knees + ankles) as a whip or a belt..imagine how a whip or a belt would respond when u slash it....base lo ichina pressure tip varaku travel autundi..so in a similar fashion the force from your kick should originate from your thighs and not ur knees or calf muscles..thighs are the strongest muscles in our bodies and a force originating from them would provide the maximum momentum.....also feet ni 90 degrees lo petti kick kodite result undadu, in fact it would hinder ur motion..imagine ur ankles as flippers/fins and try to keep them at a 180 degree angle, basically flat..

Farmer babai, ee kinda steps follow aipo 1) Learn how to float: (i) take a deep breath (ii) lay flat in the water with your head sticking down into the water (wear swimming goggles) - the air in your lungs will provide the necessary buoyancy to keep you afloat (iii) if your hips and legs are sinking, stick your face and chest into the water - your hips will automatically float to the surface (iv) if u r hips r still sinking, u may try to gently flutter kick idi oste movement dananthata ade ostundi...nenu ippudu swim cheyagalanu but right now i am working on breathing techniques |

I can float my body I can do swim under water I.e. low eeatha But the problem is if I lift my head above the Water level then my body is drowning Bcos of that I'm unable to do continuously In one flow.
